and i am not happy with my results.
I have not had opportunity to really push myself with the baby and real life getting in the way lol! Oh well, my eating habits have inproved and I am definitely in better shape.
I gained 2 pounds this week probably from all the casseroles we ate this week - casseroles are NOT good for you, white flour pasta cooked with a cream based soup beef and cheese...A long ways from chicken breast and brown rice with steamed veggies ( that might sound boring, but I use franks red hot on the chicken and salsa and other spices to liven it up).but when other people are making it out of the goodness of thier hearts I will eat it :) and I am grateful!
